Hibiscus Sun Tea

This refreshing herbal tea is
a beautiful deep red color and
takes only a moment to assemble.
Solar power does the rest.

2 tablespoons dried hibiscus blossoms
1 quart fresh water
1 lime or small lemon, sliced
3 or 4 fresh mint leaves

1. Place hibiscus blossoms and water in
a quart sized glass jar with a lid.
2. Leave tea in a sunny spot for about
one hour.
3. Strain tea, add lime and a few mint
leaves.
4. Chill in a glass jar in refrigerator.

Serving suggestion: For a sweeter drink,
combine one cup organic apple juice with
one cup sun tea.
